Fresh handmade pasta! Our region is famous for it. And what better way to entertain your international wedding guests than to take them on a little pasta journey. During a 2-hour demonstration Pasta Lab will show you and your guests how to shape and close different varieties of stuffed pasta. Those who are eager to make some themselves are welcome to give it a try.
Date and duration of the demonstration: Saturday July 1st from 16.30 to 18.30 at Palazzo Malvasia in Sasso Marconi.
Price: 1000 Euro (VAT included). To confirm the booking of this event, we kindly ask you to make a deposit of 300 Euro by proceeding with checkout below. The remaining 700 Euro is to be settled no later than June 17.
Pasta Lab will bring all ingredients and supplies needed for the demonstration. The pasta we will produce during the event is yours to cook and serve or freeze for a later moment.
