3-hour Cooking class plus market visit on Friday May 30th. We meet for coffee at 8.30 am at Caffè Zanarini in Piazza Galvani 1 after which we stroll to the historic market in the heart of Bologna. After shopping we walk to Pasta Lab where you will learn how to make tortelloni and gnocchi.
