Professional Pasta Workshop in 2 half days on Tuesday January 17 and Wednesday 18. The class starts at 4 pm and ends at 8 pm, dinner included. Price for 2 half days: 260 Euro per person. The fee for additional dinner guests is 25 Euro per person.
In your pasta class we will focus on the technical part of making the dough, rolling the dough by hand with a mattarello and ultimately cutting and shaping the dough into various types of pasta. Particular attention will be on working with big batches, producing and storing pasta for professional purposes.
