Advanced Pasta Workshop in 10 full days from Tuesday July 1st to Saturday July 12. The course schedule will be from 08.30 to 16.30 Mondays and Sundays excluded. Lunch on course days is included. The price is 2250€.
In your pasta class we will focus on the technical part of making the dough, rolling the dough out by hand and ultimately cutting and shaping the dough into various types of pasta. The second focus of your class will be on cooking the pasta and combining it with different sauces. In other words: cooking techniques and understanding that not all pasta goes with every kind of sauce. Possible pasta and dishes you will make are:
