This is not a typical classroom setting; you will be hands-on, creating everything from start to finish in a fun, informal, and interactive way. Whether you are new to the kitchen or an experienced cook, our goal is to send you home full of inspiration, new skills, and a deeper understanding of Italy’s rich culinary culture and history.

Lucia

Born and raised in Emilia-Romagna’s vibrant seaside city Rimini, Lucia’s culinary journey began in the most authentic way possible: at home. From a young age, she watched her grandmother and mother prepare traditional Sunday lunches, always eager to lend a hand. This early immersion in family cooking naturally sparked her desire to continuously learn, improve, and grow, leading her to formal culinary studies and a successful career in professional kitchens. Her passion for good food is deeply rooted in generations of family tradition, constantly evolving with her drive for mastery and a keen focus on executing seemingly simple dishes with clear, perfectly balanced flavours.

Alexandra

Originally from the Netherlands, a country known for its diverse and open culture, Alexandra’s connection to Italy runs deep: she’s half Italian with a father from Calabria. Her adventurous spirit first led her to explore Italian gastronomy by running a pop-up dining club from home. Feeling compelled to sharpen her skills and pursue a proper culinary career, she moved to Bologna, immersing herself in its traditions and gaining invaluable professional experience. An ever-evolving journey driven by a happy blend of roots and infinite curiosity.

For several years, we worked together and refined our skills as pasta makers, cooks and teachers at a renowned cooking school for food enthusiasts. It was there that our shared vision took shape, leading us in 2020 to open our own space where we combine everything we love to do: craft exquisite pasta, cook with passion, teach and share our collective experience through engaging cooking classes.
