When you say Italian gastronomy, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Pasta! One of the world’s most beloved culinary treasures. Pasta comes in all shapes and forms. Long, short, flat, stuffed. Simple pasta for a quick lunch and more intricate pasta for special occasions. Our pasta class is set up to teach you how to make fresh pasta from scratch and by hand in the traditional way.
Our city of Bologna, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, is famous for its fresh egg pasta. In this class you learn how to make two of the most iconic pasta dishes: tagliatelle and tortelloni.
Duration of the class: three hours from 17.00 to 20.00 pm including dinner (from Monday to Friday)
Price of the class: 95 euro per participant (1 to maximum 6 participants)
