3-hour Cooking class plus market visit on Saturday May 31st. We meet for coffee at 8.30 am at Caffè Zanarini in Piazza Galvani 1 after which we stroll to the historic market in the heart of Bologna. After shopping we walk to Pasta Lab where you will learn how to make stuffed pasta with the ingredients you have chosen.
