Advanced Pasta Workshop in 5 full days from Tuesday May 19 to Saturday May 23 2026. The course schedule will be from 08.30 to 16.30. Lunch on course days is included. The price is 1.250 Euro.
In your pasta class we will focus on the technical part of making the dough, rolling the dough out by hand and ultimately cutting and shaping the dough into various types of pasta such as : Tagliatelle, pappardelle, tagliolini, tortelloni and different kinds of ravioli.
