Advanced Pasta Workshop in 5 full days from Tuesday September 1 to Saturday September 5 2026. The course schedule will be from 08.30 to 16.30. Lunch on course days is included. The price is 1.250 Euro per person, which amounts to a total of 2.500 for 2 participants.

In your pasta class we will focus on the technical part of pasta making. Starting with the technique of making the perfect dough and proceeding with rolling the dough of different sizes by mattarello. Once you master the rolling technique for simple pasta such as tagliatelle and lasagna, we start practicing rolling dough for stuffed pasta.u00a0
