You will work from your own station, equipped with a traditional wooden board and rolling pin.
Under our expert guidance, you will:
Hand-knead your own pasta dough from scratch.
Roll out incredibly thin sheets of “sfoglia” – completely by hand!
Prepare a delicious cheese filling and learn how to perfectly shape tortelloni.
Master the knife-cut technique for authentic tagliatelle.
Once the pasta is made, we head to the kitchen to cook and combine your creations with our signature sauces: tagliatelle with rich Bolognese ragù (or with a vegetarian option should you prefer) and tortelloni with aromatic butter and sage. Finally, gather around the table to enjoy your handmade meal with a lovely glass of wine.
